Because We Were All New Once

• Studio doors will open 15 minutes before class – please arrive early as doors will be locked 5 minutes before class start time. In an effort to maintain a peaceful and safe environment, no late entry will be permitted.
• Bring your mat and water, and wear your favorite attire that allows you to move with ease.
• We do not accept cash payments- credit/debit cards only.
• Mats will be available for purchase- please arrive early if you plan to purchase a mat.
• If you forget your mat at home- don’t sweat it! You can borrow a mat free of charge.
• Feel free to use our lockers to secure your belongings; however, kindly be aware that we can’t take responsibility for any lost or stolen items, so bring only the essentials and channel your inner minimalist.
• You must be 16 years or older to join a class (14 years or older may join a class with a parent present).
• All minors (under 18 years) must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to joining a class.
• In an effort to keep our studio clean and comfortable, all shoes and cellphones are to be left outside of the yoga studio space.
• We require a 30 day notice to cancel a membership. Please email hello@neonsoul.com to inform us of your cancellation.
• Our studio is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all levels and all bodies! We ask that you reflect our values by contributing kindness, respect, and encouragement into our community!

AERIAL YOGA – No jewelry, rings, or watches, avoid perfume or heavy make-up, cover your underarms; help us to keep silks fresh and snag free.

Cancellation/No-show Policy – We require a 2 hour notice of cancellation prior to class start time when classes are full.

• If you cancel with less than 2 hours notice, or do not show up to class, you will be charged a $20 fee. You will not lose your class credit.
