Taking a walk in nature with my dog Addie.

If you could have any animal join a yoga class, what would it be and why?
Such a tough question but I have to say cats because they make excellent yoga companions. They’re always joining me at home as soon as I pull out my mat!

What’s your favorite healthy snack or meal after a yoga session?
Green juice! Roasted sweet potatoes with sea salt are great too!
