Downward Dog. It’s the foundation of any yoga practice.

Making money in real estate.

If you could have any animal join a yoga class, what would it be and why?
A mini horse; They are the cutest.

What’s your favorite healthy snack or meal after a yoga session?
Fresh squeezed juice (celery, carrot, ginger, lemon and blueberry).
