What’s your go-to yoga pose and why?
Happy Baby- Anything that gets my hips open and connected to my inner child I LOVE! I do enjoy the shoulder massage I get too!
What’s your favorite way to unwind outside of the yoga studio?
Get out in nature, arts and crafts, and come together with loved ones. Breathwork, meditation, bubble baths, poetry and singing are staples in my daily and weekly life.
If you could have any animal join a yoga class, what would it be and why?
I recently got kittens. I must say they are so cute and love cuddling or playing with me on the mat. They are curious and bring a good laugh i the simplest of ways.
What’s your favorite healthy snack or meal after a yoga session?
I love a chocolate almond butter protein shake with yogurt, dates, cinnamon, cardamom with seeds, and whatever fresh berries I have.
Share a mantra or quote that inspires you both on and off the mat.
SO HUM , I have arrived. Such a simple and potent mantra in getting into the heart, outta the head and into the present moment.
If you could describe your teaching style in three words, what would they be?
Classical, heartfelt, grounding.
