What’s your go-to yoga pose and why?
Any arm balance or inversion pose. I love how powerful and intuitive they make me feel. Helps me connect to my body and also calms my mind. I also love Triangle pose. I love the depth it takes me too. It’s the master posture of yoga that marries the brain, heart, and lung. It brings everything back to center and aligns the body
What’s your favorite way to unwind outside of the yoga studio?
“Earthing” – it’s grounding ourselves to the earth by walking barefoot.. I do this while filling my bird feeders and squirrel feeders. Helps us humans to get back in touch with nature and all living things. I also love to watch anything on Bravo late at night
If you could have any animal join a yoga class, what would it be and why?
A giraffe or elephant. They are my favorite animal for very close and personal reasons. But of course goats are my favorite
What’s your favorite healthy snack or meal after a yoga session?
Cold pressed juice or smoothie
Share a mantra or quote that inspires you both on and off the mat.

If you could describe your teaching style in three words, what would they be?
