What’s your go-to yoga pose and why?
Oh so many!! Currently, I am loving Eagle Pose. Eagle feels so good on my upper back and it awakens 14 major joints in the skeletal system. It feels so good!! Also, I will forever love pigeon pose.

What’s your favorite way to unwind outside of the yoga studio?
When I’m not teaching I love being outdoors, walking, gardening and absorbing the sun. I also love spending time with my 3 kids.

If you could have any animal join a yoga class, what would it be and why?
I would choose a butterfly. Butterflies symbolize freedom, hope, transformation and rebirth. They also symbolize hope and new beginnings.

What’s your favorite healthy snack or meal after a yoga session?
Love a good smoothie bowl or salad after class with protein and lots of fruit or veggies added.

Share a mantra or quote that inspires you both on and off the mat.
Favorite quote, “When the student is ready the teacher appears.” More simply put, we can only learn lessons that we are open, ready and willing to learn.

If you could describe your teaching style in three words, what would they be?
Explorative, heart warming, blissful.
