Yin Yoga

Embark on an inner journey in our Yin Yoga class! You will be thoughtfully guided to relax through various poses with the goal of cultivating inner peace and holistic well-being. Integrating concepts from traditional Chinese medicine, poses will be held passively for an extended period of time to release deep rooted tension held in the connective tissue, and stimulate myofascial meridians. All are welcome, as you will be led to explore the layers of yourself at your own pace and depth!
